Big Changes to MICA's Website

MICA has upgraded its website with many new features. We've added online credit card payment for premium and Risk Management products, and we have modified the renewal census for many specialties.
These changes required new security measures, and, as a result, when you log in to the new website for the first time, you must change your password. A new password is required for policyholders, registered users, brokers and credentialing agents.
Many of our members have requested credit card payment, and now it is available! Just click on "Make a Payment" and follow the easy instructions. MICA accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express for online credit card payment. Members who have currelty selected the EFT payment method are not eligible to pay their premium with a credit card. For more information, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 602.808.2111 or 877.215.MICA (6422). Look for more information regarding online credit card payment in your invoice packets.
MICA members in many specialties will now see a change to their renewal census. Select specialties are now required to fill out a supplemental application that is specific to their specialty. Complete the renewal census in the Policyholders section of the site, and, if your specialty requires a supplement, a PDF document will appear upon completion of the census. You can fill it out and submit it online, or, if you prefer, print it out, complete and sign the form, and mail or fax to MICA.
